About our 100-day refund guarantee
If you are not absolutely happy with your purchase, you can send the unused product back to us within 100 days of delivery. Frequently clients order our products as gifts; with our commitment to excellence in customer service you now know that there is no rush to return, should there be a problem with any item.
What if my item is damaged?
Please send a brief description of the defect and the order ID (if you have it handy) to our customer service. Should a product arrive damaged it is always helpful if you can also send a picture of the damage, wherever possible. This allows us to better assess whether the damage may have been incurred during transportation.
How to return a product?
Please contact our customer service and indicate the product you would like to return and the reason.We will then send you a return shipment label and provide you with contact details of the parcel service to arrange a day and time that will be convenient for you for the pickup. Please repack the item securely and attach the return shipment label to the box. Be sure to first remove or cover the barcode of your original shipment.Upon pickup you should receive a return receipt. Please keep it as proof of the return shipment. In exceptional cases the parcel service may not offer the possibility of pickup due to product dimensions or because a pickup service may not be offered for a certain region or country. In such case the client should choose an economic option for return shipment and we will reimburse the costs of the return shipment.
What is refundable?
We will always refund the full item price as well as the costs of the shipment from our warehouse to you.
The following costs are not refundable:
Costs for any customized items (e.g. engravings).
Extra cost of express shipment, if this was chosen instead of standard shipment.
Extra cost of cash on delivery, if this was chosen as payment method.
We always pay for the costs of the return shipment whenever a product arrives damaged or the reason for the return is our responsibility. Otherwise the costs related to the return shipment are at the expense of the client.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products which have been in active use.

When will I receive my refund for a return shipment?
If you send goods back, refunds are made within 14 days after the goods have been delivered to our warehouse, though usually much faster. The return payment is made via the same payment method that you chose for the original payment. For payment methods where we do not receive required data from the payment processor to arrange a refund, we will reach out to you.
Right of revocation
In addition to our 100-day refund policy you always have the legal right of revocation.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel the purchase of a good without having to give a reason at any time within the \"cooling off period\" of 100 days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. You must notify us of your cancellation in writing or in another durable medium to our contact address.
Cancellation consequences
If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them.
You must send the goods back to us to our contact address as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.
We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. In case of a return, we will reimburse not only the product price, but also any shipping costs to the address of the client. The return shipment to our warehouse are at the expense of the client.
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 100 days of your cancellation.
You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
