14 Dec 2019Surprisingly fast delivery from Germany to the US. Impressed so far with the humidor. It is elegant, and well built. The seal seems very robust. The hygrometer is accurate. The included humidifier performs well, but I have decided to use Boveda packs instead. Most importantly, the humidor performance has been perfect. I will add that the lock appeared non functional at first. I had to disassemble it to see how it works. Rest assured, it does work. But it takes some finesse to figure it out the first time.
18 Feb 2019Received with a cracked window at the fixing pin. I reported it to the customer service who answered me promptly and offered me an exchange without me having to pay the return fees. The problem probably came from the assembly because the delivery box and the humidor were intact. I am waiting to receive the new one. The finish is otherwise good. The customer service is top anyway.
25 Aug 2011It's great to see without opening what cigars you have in the humidor - I'd definitely buy if you had a similar humidor for 200-300 cigars, too! The only downside is that there's no place to really put the humidifying unit to, and it's basically taking away space that I'd prefer to use for the cigars.
01 Dec 2020Very nice humidor. It has just been seasoned and I cannot wait to put the first cigars in it within a few days. Delivery was smooth, only the packaging could be a bit more solid. Humidor was just put in a cardboard box with some air cushions. It amazes me that I received it in one piece!

05 Jul 2019For the money a good humidor: + beautiful finish + airtight + good humidifier + spacious and clearly structured - hinges a bit wobbly - the dividers do not fit exactly, but stay in place - the lock is only decoration I would buy it again for the price.
